IDX PROGRAMMING

Our client needed a way to show homes on her website, capture potential clients information, text her cell phone any new leads, schedule client showings in her calendar, receive new pictures and listings of homes nightly, automatically email safety buddies her schedule, synchronize MS Outlook with her MySQL database, and automatically generate calendar events based on certain triggers. This system used a MySQL db to store the data, PHP for scripting, and Adobe CS3 for graphics.

CONTACT MANAGEMENT PROGRAMMING

Agent Notebook Contact Management offers an assortment of features to help manage your day-to-day real estate needs. In addition to storing client contact information you can also manage your team by granting access privileges to your contacts and calendar. Team functionality also allows you to assign tasks to other team members. Store your important real estate documents in an easily accessible online location with Document Management (Document Management sold separately). The GPS Integration feature quickly maps locations (requires MS Outlook Synchronization) and you can inform others of your appointments with the Safety Buddy feature. Calendar

View assigned tasks and other important dates with Month View, Day View, Week View, and Year View. In addition, you can manually add and edit events. Manage appointments, meetings, showings, birthdays, and any other events in your calendar. Your tasks for the day appear when you first log in. With access privileges, you can even manage the calendar of your entire team!

Contact Management

Store and manage clients, agents, listings, buyers, Safey Buddies and more! With the subcontacts feature, you can easily group and identify contacts associated with one another. In addition, tabs on your Notebook will allow you to access and categorize buyers, listings, leads, and even contacts associated with closed properties. You can even write and save notes for each contact!

Team Members

Add and manage Team Members to your Notebook. You can provide the following access rights to your team members for contacts and calendar: full, read-only, none. Keep your team members up-to-date with current closings, meetings, and other activities. Your team can view your daily schedule or e-mail your clients without them ever having to obtain your log-in information. Control and customize your team's access from the My Account page.

Assigning Tasks

Start assigning tasks to yourself or your Team Members. You can specify a number of days out and a description of the task. Agent Notebook will save the tasks on your team members' calendars and send out a friendly e-mail reminder. You can edit tasks at any time or utilize assign task templates for new listings, pending properties or for any series of tasks. With one click, schedule a team member to input new listings in MLS on day 1, schedule another to deliver a sign on day 2, and even schedule a follow-up phone call 90 days out!

Document Management (sold separately)

Documents associated with clients such as contracts, flyers, closing statements and more can be easily stored and accessed online. Use any documents you want-upload anything! Never carry a folder or piles of papers around again-simply upload your documents and access them from any location with internet access. Quickly find information, reduce storage costs, and ensure security with Document Management!
