Safety Buddies

Lets be honest, real estate agents are some mighty brave people to meet a stranger in a house by themselves. It’s a dangerous world out there and Agent Notebook wants to help. We want to make sure that our customers are safe at work, wherever work should take them. With our unique Safety Buddy System, agents can keep their coworkers or love ones up to date on their whereabouts during the day. Just simply click the box next to the contact/s that you wish to be your Safety Buddy. This way, every time you are out on an appointment or event, your Safety Buddy is automatically emailed with the information of where you are, who you are with, and your appointment’s contact information in case of emergency. If you are ever in danger, your loved ones with know exactly where to find you. Feel better? You should. Your safety comes first to us, which is why this feature is unique only to Agent Notebook.

Sub Contacts

Are you tired of fumbling around your address book to find your contact’s attorney, home inspector, surveyor, etc? Agent Notebook made it so you can save precious time and energy with our Sub Contacts option. For each contact that you add, you can store all associates for that contact in a sub category. That way all you have to do is click the plus sign next to your contact’s name and their list of associates will pop up. No more endless searching for names and numbers. You have enough to deal with, why make life harder? Just another unique feature offered to you, and only by Agent Notebook.

Your network is the most important part of your business. You deal with all kinds of people, and we at Agent Notebook make it quick and easy to keep track of all of your Contacts. We separated your contacts list into 9 categories. The first category is for all of your Listings. This way you can keep track of the homes you have on the market. The second is for your Buyers. This allows you to not only keep track of your clients, but also subcategorize their associates. Our Pending section allows you to keep all of your pending contracts on file, for easy access. For all of your clients looking to list their homes on the market, we added a Listing Leads section. These leads can be entered in manually or will be added through Home Value request. Our Buyer Leads section works in a similar way. Keep all of your buyers together by either entering them in manually, or they can be added via your Favorites. Once the deal is final, you can add that contact into our Closed section. Our Safety Buddy section mentioned above is one of our most important features for your safety in the field. Lastly, what would a contacts list be with out a Homes to Show section. You can store all of your homes you are showing in one easy to access category. See each section individually or all at once for your convenience. Each category allows room for your contact’s last name, first name, job title, home phone, cell, work phone, and email. This way, all of your contacts on the market or in the market will be there for you at the click of a button. That right. It’s that easy.

Agent Notebook knows how hard it can be to manage not only your schedule, but the schedule of your entire team as well. Using our online calendar you can add your events manually and view them by the day, week, month, or year. You can also associate each event with one of your contacts, that way you can pull up all of the events for each contact at any given time. The calendar even allows you to edit in the grid for all those little notes you want to attach to each event. To manage your team efficiently you can grant your team members access to your calendar, or manage their calendars from your own computer! Your events for the day will pop up when you log in. Fast, easy, efficient…you get the idea.

Team Members

We understand that you are a rapidly growing business and it can be difficult to keep up with everyone on your team…or more importantly for everyone on your team to keep up with you! Using Agent Notebook you can add and manage your team’s correspondence and schedule. You can easily grant your team full rights, read-only, or no rights to your contacts and calendar. Keep them up to date with most current closings, meetings, and other activities. You’re a busy person, don’t do it all alone! Your team can view your daily schedule or email the clients you granted them access to without even obtaining your log-in information. You can even customize your team’s access from the My Account Page.

Assigning Tasks

We can help you keep track of the daily tasks for you and your team members! Just enter in a description and Agent Notebook will save the tasks on your team member’s calendars and send out a friendly e-mail reminder. You can edit tasks at any time or assign task templates for new listings, pending properties or for any series of tasks. With one click, schedule a team member to input new listings in MLS on day 1, schedule another to deliver a sign on day 2, and even schedule a follow-up phone call 90 days out! It’s a great way to stay organized and keep your business running efficiently!
